Morgan's modern fleet has an extensive inventory of both large and small equipment:

• D3 and D10 dozers, heli-portable, and with a variety of blades
• Snowcats with dozer attachments
• Excavators, ripper shanks, chuck blades, and multiple sized buckets
• Articulated trucks, twenty-five and forty ton
• Graders, multiple sizes with Sandvik blades and multishank rippers
• Compactors (smooth drum and padfoot)
• Loaders, multiple attachments
• Specialized agricultural equipment for reclamation projects

Morgan strives for 100% "up-time" and zero "major failures." Adherence to, and investment in, regularly scheduled maintenance of all equipment helps achieve these goals. Equipment is inspected, maintained, oil sampled, and rigorously tested by skilled mechanical staff to ensure optimal mechanical and safety performance as per regulatory and manufacturers' specifications.
