Emergency Response
As one of Western Canada’s leaders in environmental remediation and handling of hazardous and non-hazardous materials, Morgan has the ability safely respond too and manage the unexpected release of these material by providing 24/7 Emergency Response services to our clients. A fast emergency response time is critical and can be the difference between a minor or major impact to the environment and/or human health. Morgan’s multi-disciplinary Emergency Response Team (ERT) is experienced and highly skilled in responding quickly too and mitigating containment and clean-up of hazardous and non-hazardous materials. Our ERT upon mobilisation, can contain and assess the site, quickly develop an action plan for the initial clean-up activities and then safely implement that actions plan. Following initial clean-up of the site, Morgan’s ERT can engage in the execution of a remedial action plan to address any residual contamination.

We have the following systems in-place to effectively respond to any incident:
- 24-hour live answering services with immediate access to key support services.
- Emergency transport vehicles available as required.
- Multiple communication systems available including cellular, satellite and radio systems.
- Immediate emergency response planning.
- Close working relationships with providers of paramedics and ambulance services.
- All workers are trained in basic emergency response skills.
- Frequent emergency response drills.
- Emergency response trailers equipped with spill containment equipment and self contained chemical resistant protective suits.
